Key responsibilities:

1. Take inbound calls and chats to understand customers' requirements/needs
2. Connect with leads and explain to them our offerings
3. Engage & follow up with leads to drive conversions
4. Work on cross-selling relevant products to the customers in a way to increase the average order value
5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure any pending order issues are resolved
