Business Development Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Learn & understand Skillovillas products, prospective clients & services well
2. Understand customer needs, and requirements and correlate solutions and customer requirements
3. Identify and qualify new customers coming from our inbound and outbound lead funnel
4. Develop strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders
5. Document all pertinent customer information and conversations in the CRM system
6. Respond, engage, and qualify inbound/outbound leads and inquiries
7. Execute planned sales activities and develop a target list of high-potential new customers
8. Achieve monthly & quarterly quotas
9. Perform effective online demos for prospects

What do we need from you?

1. Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence (Hindi and English mandatory, knowing regional languages will be a plus)
2. Ability to make focused efforts to win customers
3. The ideal candidate should be strategy driven with a research-based approach
4. Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
5. Any graduation/postgraduation (completed and pursuing final year students)
