Business Development Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Own the entire proposal process: identify customers' needs, develop win themes, and produce complete proposals
2. Assess the competitive landscape and track key market trends and developments
3. Provide administrative support as well as excellent customer service and smooth communications
4. Maintain the database using your organizational skills to streamline processes and clean up the data

Required:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2. Fresher or 6-12 months experience in inside sales (preferably ed-tech)
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

Additional details:

1. Working days: 6 days a week and taking up revenue targets & ownership
2. The team is just starting up and this role will be on the front line driving revenue growth and deep customer insights
3. This is an individual contributor & target-based role in a result-oriented environment focused on creating outstanding learning experiences for our users
