Business Development Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Connect and counsel working professionals for career development programs
2. Connect with the leads and database and convert to sales
3. Contribute as a team player to encourage sales actively
4. Promote management programs as per the profile of the candidate
5. Work on achieving the assigned targets on a monthly basis
6. Maintain connections with the candidates through meetings, calls, and mailers
7. Maintain database and records of the candidates
8. Follow pre and post-sales procedures

Requirements:

1. Competency in business development and sales closures
2. A self-motivated and goal-oriented individual with a desire to deliver results
3. Passionate about sales
4. Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
5. Sales experience is mandatory
6. Experience in the education industry (preferred)
7. Minimum 1 year of experience
