2. Conducting home counseling sessions at students' homes with both students and parents

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 1 month

Salary during probation: ₹25,000 - 30,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 7,00,000 - 10,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 70%

2. Variable component: 30%
