Business Development Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify top salons in the city along with the POCs
2. Reach out to prospects and attempt to turn those prospects into Slaylewks vendors
3. Act as the single point of contact between the vendors and Slaylewks
4. Handhold the salons throughout the onboarding process
5. Ensure a smooth vendor experience for the salons
6. Assist in troubleshooting any issue faced by the vendors
7. Engage with the onboarded vendors at regular intervals
8. Generate conversion reports each week and submit them to management
9. Collaborate with the management team to improve marketing materials
10. Report directly to the CSO

Who can apply:

1. Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree, preferably in management
2. Good knowledge of various sales techniques
3. Good verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills
4. Strong in English and Tamil language
5. Strong in MS Office - Word, Excel
6. Ability to communicate with teams and a good team player
7. Proactive and willing to take initiatives
8. Comfortable with traveling within the city
