Business Development Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on being a part of the sales team, meet (offline/online) prospective clients like apartment association (president, secretary), builders, corporate procurement heads and give a presentation about our product & services and understand their needs and expectations
2. Prepare and submit a proposal, follow up with clients, and close deals successfully
3. Prepare contract agreement, review, and get sign-off from customers
4. Generate leads from apartment/villa communities associations, builders, procurement admin, and other segments who need premium facility services
5. Collaborate with operations, and finance department to achieve better results
6. Build long term business relationships with client leaders and decision-makers
7. Seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
