About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Help facility manager with daily responsibilities
2. Provide administrative support (data entry)
3. Interact with customers through e-mails/calls
4. Maintain & update trackers, monitor & deliver day's schedule
5. Assist with onboarding of new employees for new projects
6. Maintain positive working relationships with all key stakeholders
7. Project coordination with vendors, supervise project execution
8. Prioritise work as per the management instructions, and update status
9. Learn & document best practices and implement them across sites

Additional information:

This is an assistant facility management - trainee role. Freshers, 2022 passed-out candidates can apply. Building maintenance team will comprise of hygiene, safety, power, and water management team. You will be working as a trainee for a client project on the site. You will assist the facility manager in overall operation & maintenance activities like daily operations, monitoring the building maintenance system, resource supervision, project tracking & report preparation, etc.

The first 6 months of your employment shall be a probationary period, you will get a stipend during these periods. You will be given both classroom and on-the-job training by our subject matter experts. You will be placed in projects upon successful completion of the probationary period & eligible for all company benefits.
