5. Any undergraduate/postgraduate with a minimum of 60% in the 10th standard
Additional details:
1. You will begin in an individual contributor's role, working in a team of go-getters to help spread BYJU'S way of learning in your city. You would be showcasing the unique BYJU way of learning to students and parents and will be responsible for mentoring and sales in your designated zone
2. Rounds of interview process: Webinar and final round with manager
3. All selected candidates will be part of a 3 weeks training process under the applicant training program profile at a monthly stipend of Rs 18,000. Upon successful completion of training, candidates will be promoted to the role of business development associate (BDA). The first 1 week of this training will be classroom training followed by 3 weeks of "on-the-job training", both at the ATP training location
4. Upon successful completion of training based on clearing the company's expected parameters, they will be confirmed as BDA. Also, only after confirmation of the BDA role, they will start work at their role location
5. CTC (ATP): INR 18000
6. CTC (BDA): INR 7,00,000 PA (4 lakh fixed pay + 3 lakh performance pay)
