Business Development Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Learn and perform different services the company provides and industrial relations
2. Learn and perform technical studies in their stream
3. Learn business development to develop as a techno-commercial engineer/manager
4. Work on introducing organization services to clients on the phone
5. Work on data mining & data building for new customers (funnel building)
6. Work on collaborating with the business development & technical departments on new promotional campaigns in order to generate awareness
7. Ensure all-time positive customer experience by communicating and maintaining professional relationships
8. Work on setting meetings as assigned periodically
9. Work on responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication
10. Adhere to and support company policies and practices
11. Work on telesales, cold calling & lead generation
12. Work on conducting research activities and traveling to sites
13. Work on maintaining a high degree of professionalism and diligence
