About the job

A business development Associate is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for a company. This may include conducting market research, reaching out to potential clients, and working with other departments within the company to develop and implement business strategies.

Key responsibilities:

1. Identifying new business opportunities through market research and analysis
2. Building and maintaining relationships with potential clients
3. Collaborating with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to develop and implement business strategies
4. Participating in industry events and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach
5. Preparing and delivering presentations and proposals to potential clients
6. Tracking and reporting on the progress of business development efforts

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 12,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 360000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 640000 /year

3. Other incentives: ₹200000 /year
