2. The package is 7-8 lakhs CTC (4-5 lakh fixed salary plus 3 lakhs variable incentives after successful training)
3. The training is divided into 3 weeks (Rs.10,000 stipend) and 4 weeks (Rs. 16,000 stipend) with a total of Rs. 21,000 after which the CTC will be 7-8 lakhs
