Key responsibilities:
1. Reaching out to recruiters with entry-level jobs and converting them as paying customers for Fresher Jobs on Internshala
2. Speaking with recruiters to understand their pain points and collecting feedback
3. Providing impeccable service to recruiters while acting as their relationship manager
4. Executing marketing campaigns and experiments to promote Internshala's Fresher Jobs business among recruiters
Must be someone with good negotiation skills
Must have a high level of perseverance - who can follow up with leads multiple times
Must be someone with flawless verbal and written communication skills
Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 85%
2. Variable component: 15%
