About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Calling Leads: Call on parent leads through your CRM
2. Generating trial classes: Pitch to the parents to take PlanetSpark Trial Class 3
3. Take counseling sessions and convert them
4. Conduct counseling sessions for parents who take trial classes
5. Close the sale through a smart and strategic approach
6. Generate Revenue

Requirements: -

1. Hard core sales role hence the candidate must be a "go-getter" who is ready to take up tough challenges and must have a never say die attitude
2. Deliver sales pitches and convert cold leads into customers/partners
3. High incentive learnability on customer acquisition
4. Candidate must get driven
5. Eager to join the

Annual CTC: 6.6 - 7.2 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
