About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Call leads
2. Call on parent leads through your CRM
3. Generate trial classes
4. Pitch to the parents to take PlanetSpark trial classes
5. Take counseling sessions and convert them
6. Conduct counseling sessions for parents who take trial classes
7. Close the sale through a smart and strategic approach
8. Generate revenue

Requirements:

1. Hard core sales role hence the candidate must be a "go-getter" who is ready to take up tough challenges and must have a never say die attitude
2. High incentive learnability on customer acquisition
3. Candidate must be self-driven
4. Eager to join the sales
5. A person extremely passionate about business development, sales, and "starting up" in general
6. A keen desire to drive the business development/sales for a fast-growing seed-funded early-stage start-up
7. Willing to work 6 days a week
8. Willing to work in a start-up
9. Freshers with good communication skills

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 1 month

Salary during probation: ₹20,000 - 21,428 /month

2. Variable component: 20%
