Business Development Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Drive sales through cold calling and aggressive follow-up
2. Achieve weekly and monthly revenue targets
3. Prospect and convince parents to enroll in the 1:5 classes
4. Generate trial classes - pitch parents to take PlanetSpark trial classes
5. Set up meetings with potential clients (parents)
6. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
7. Go the extra mile to drive sales

Skills & Requirements:

1. Proficiency in English
2. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
3. Fast learner and passion for sales
4. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
5. Proven experience in sales or relevant role is a plus
6. A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus
7. Candidate should be willing to work 6 days a week in a fast-paced startup
8. Ready to work from the office and join immediately

Mission Statement: In the first which will be counted as the probation month, the candidate should deliver 1 lac revenue. The probation period will be there to analyze your performance.
