The sales representative at PlanetSpark will be responsible for assisting and guiding the right offer/course to the consumers and getting them to purchase the right learning course.
Key responsibilities:
1. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
2. Call 65-70 leads every day
3. Set up meetings with potential clients (parents)
4. Generate trial classes - pitch parents to take PlanetSpark trial classes
5. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
6. Follow and achieve the department's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis (3L revenue per month)
7. Go the extra mile to drive sales
Excellent communication, sales, and marketing skills
0 -1 year of experience (freshers are also welcome)
Graduate (2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022)
Willing to work 6 days a week in a fast-paced startup
Ready to work from the office and join immediately
Willing to work in a startup (highly intensive learning and rapidly growing atmosphere)
Proficiency in English
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Fast learner with a passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Proven experience in sales or relevant roles is a plus
A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus
Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
You will be entitled to a training/probation salary of INR 21,428. In-office attendance of 90% is mandatory during the 1 month of training. Post 1L revenue achievement, you will be entitled to the CTC below:
1. Domestic shift package details - INR 6.6 LPA (4.23 LPA fixed + 2.4 LPA variable)
Shift timing (India) - 10 am to 8 pm IST
2. US/Canada shift package details - INR 7.23 LPA (4.83 LPA fixed+ 2.4 LPA variable)
Shift timing (US/Canada) - 8 pm to 5 am IST
