Business Development Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Understand and closely analyze the customer's requirements
2. Attend inbound calls and make outbound calls to the leads generated through various marketing activities and provide them necessary project details over email or WhatsApp, doing regular follow-up, and ensure customers' site visit
3. Work on the entire pre-sales function, from lead handling to ensuring site visits
4. Coordinate with sales team after site visits and update & maintaining daily/weekly and monthly reports in Excel
5. Follow up with customers & manage a database of leads allocation; regular follow-up & achieving high sales conversions
6. Ensure timely updates on the sales pipeline on the system
7. Submit any other reports and updates as required by the reporting manager

Requirements:

1. B. Tech/MBA/PGDM from NIRF ranked campus with an excellent academic record 1-3 years of sales experience, both inbound as well as outbound
2. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
3. Should be comfortable in approaching prospective customers via cold calling, mailing, referrals, messaging, etc.
4. Understanding of sales channel/real estate/products etc.
