Business Development Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Understand and closely analyze the customer's requirements
2. Work on attending inbound calls and making outbound calls to the leads generated through various marketing activities and providing them with necessary project details over email or WhatsApp; do regular follow-ups and ensure customer's site visits
3. Manage the entire pre-sales function, from lead handling to ensuring site visits
4. Work on coordinating with sales team after site visits and updating & maintaining daily/weekly and monthly reports in Excel
5. Follow-up with customers & manage the database for leads allocation; work on regular follow-up & achieve high sales conversions
6. Ensure timely updates on the sales pipeline on the system & submit any other reports and updates as required by the reporting manager
