A business development associate will play an important role in customer acquisition, customer relations and service and play a significant role in business growth.
Key responsibilities:
1. Work to connect, counsel and guide working professionals, and students on career-oriented programs
2. Assist with connecting clients through outbound calling from the database and generating new leads & prospects
3. Work on cold calling, emailing, scheduling meetings with prospects, and closing sales
4. Help to convert leads from various sources into sales (web, referrals, tele call, etc.)
5. Work to achieve the assigned sales targets month on month basis
6. Manage targeting the right set of audiences and ensure sales closures by continuous follow-up
7. Work to build healthy relations and rapport with customers and ensure the best service is given
