Business Development Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on direct selling to the customers via appointments (office/home visits)
2. Ensure that leads/appointments allocated by the call center are attended to and reverted within the TAT
3. Ensure self-sourcing targets are achieved
4. Ensure business reporting, MIS on sales calls (LMS), lead utilization, and conversion are updated and maintained on a daily basis
5. Ensure that MIS/reporting formats are maintained/updated on a regular basis
6. Work on insurance solution provider for our customers
7. Educate the customer about the company/channel
8. Work on customer servicing
9. Ensure strict adherence to human resource norms - policies & processes

Skills & Requirements:

1. Should be a graduate
2. Should have minimum of 6 months experience in field sales/direct sales
