Business Development Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage leads on a daily basis & use interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with clients
2. Answers questions, describes benefits and discusses pros and cons of various competing products or services
3. Work on providing advice and assistance in the establishment and maintenance of business and financial records on business, accounting, regulations, guidelines, and standards
4. Maintain quality in interactions and establish/promote the credibility of the company
5. Assess client needs and make recommendations, including service packages
6. Work on evaluating business proposals together with client financial and business status to assess the viability and bankability of proposals
7. Advise clients as appropriate

Who can apply:

1. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or relevant work experience
2. Comfortable working with digital and print platforms
3. Good communication skills and professional proficiency in English
