3. The selected candidates will begin in an individual contributor's role, working in a team of go-getters to help spread the ITSBHM Group way of learning in your city
4. They would be showcasing the unique ITSBHM Group way of Learning to students and parents and will be responsible for mentoring and sales in their designated zone
5. Any graduation/postgraduation
6. Having a keen interest and deep understanding of the Indian education sector
Annual CTC: 3 - 6 LPA
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 53.4%
2. Variable component: 30%
3. Other incentives: 16.6%
