Business Development Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Be a key contributor to the vision and go-to-market for wealth management (MFO team)
2. Add to and nurture existing client relationships - across family businesses, HNIs, family offices etc.
3. Use sharp business development and commercial acumen - including practice development and management
4. Drive origination and conversion of leads - across promoter advisory and business strategy structuring, project advisory, succession transition and private investments
5. Interact with clients, contextualizing requirements and preparing proposals
6. Enable strategic decisions for clients through preparation of high-quality presentations, collaterals, pitch-books and other reports

Required:

1. Sound knowledge in analyzing financial statements, financial modelling, financial analysis and business valuation
2. Working knowledge of our entire suite of products, services and expertise
3. Working knowledge of 'client onboarding,' - documentation, KYC attributes and compliance
4. MBA preferred
