Business Development Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Calling leads (call on parent leads through your CRM: 60-75 leads daily)
2. Generating trial classes (pitch to the parents to take PlanetSpark trial class)
3. Taking counseling sessions and converting them
4. Closing the sale through a smart and strategic approach
5. Delivering sales pitches and converting cold leads into customers/partners
6. Generating revenue (3L+ per month)

Requirements:

1. Candidates with 0 to 3 years of experience
2. Candidates must be 'go-getters' who are ready to take up tough challenges and must have a never say die attitude
3. Willing to work 6 days a week
4. Willing to work in a start-up
5. Eager to join the sales

Additional information:

1. Job location Gurgaon
2. Work schedule: Domestic shift - 9:30 am to 6:30 pm (Thursdays off) and US/Canada shift - 8:00 pm to 5:00 am (Mondays off)

Note: Candidates will receive overall training for 1 month which can be extended if needed. High incentive probability on customer acquisition.
