Business Development Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Supporting agents, wholesalers, super stockists, distributors, large retailers, and organized retailers (multi-branded outlets MBOs) who can partner with Walta Elite for the promotion and distribution
2. Supporting the channel partners for exclusive brand outlets WE
3. Managing all steps of we sales process prospecting, researching, connecting, presenting addressing objections, closing the sale, delivering, and asking for referrals
4. Profiling customers and initial coverage to ascertain interest and enroll prospects
5. Working on the continuous benchmarking and research on the competition
6. Working on business & channel development - sales/channel partner onboarding, post-sales/channel partner development & enhancement
7. Working on brand awareness & channel/retail marketing - retailer branding, visual merchandising
8. Working on sales operations & reporting
