About the job

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented business development associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, sales, or marketing and be able to work independently to drive growth and achieve organizational goals.

Key responsibilities:

1. Work to identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach to potential clients
2. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to promote repeat business and referrals
3. Prepare and deliver effective sales pitches and proposals to potential clients
4. Conduct market research and analyze data to inform business development strategies and decision-making
5. Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services
6. Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company
7. Work to track and report on business development activities and outcomes, including sales and revenue growth
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to achieve organizational goals
9. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business development and sales

Sales skills- good understanding of sales techniques and be able to sell products or services effectively

Networking skills- comfortable reaching out to potential clients and building relationships with them

Negotiation skills- skilled in negotiating deals with clients and customers

Time management- able to manage their time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

Goal-oriented- must be goal-oriented and able to work towards achieving specific targets and objectives

Relationship management- able to build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and customers

Customer service- good customer service skills and able to provide excellent support to clients and customers

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹20,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 3,00,000 /year
