Business Development Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Create and maintain a contact database across the countries, industries and accounts where Acies operates
2. Work to provide market intelligence to sales leaders on specific accounts, contacts, etc. who should be pursued for creating new opportunities
3. Help run campaigns for specific product/service offerings (email, LinkedIn, phone, etc.) and report to the relevant in-country sales leaders and corresponding business unit leaders, with the objective of creating new leads
4. Work with in-country sales leaders and presales teams from the business units to qualify the lead and create new opportunities
5. Help support the firm s marketing initiatives as and when required by the sales leaders
6. Maintain the firm s account master and database of work done with clients for use in proposals and other marketing collateral
7. Work to respond timely to client requests with standard packs as part of a campaign or in response to the first contact regarding a certain product/offering
8. Work with the business units and sales leaders to create opportunity-specific responses to client requirements, including responses to Requests for Proposals (RFP) and Requests for Information (RFI)
9. Create and maintain the necessary repositories for standard collateral, proposal responses, other documents, trackers, etc.
10. Follow up with sales leaders on leads & opportunities in the pipeline to track weekly progress
11. Help update opportunity pipelines for reporting to EXCO and business unit leaders
