Key responsibilities:
1. Engaging with our existing customers for cross-selling & up-selling of our products/services
2. Generating leads for our software solutions using tele-calling & on-site meetings
3. Helping with follow-ups and other activities to improve the conversion of leads
4. Calling & meeting leads obtained from digital marketing, webinars, etc. & arranging demos for prospects with the pre-sales team
5. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
6. Understanding challenges faced by Indian SMBs & gather market feedback
Who can apply:
1. Graduation or post-graduation (B. Com preferred)
2. Good communication, presentation & interpersonal skills
3. Proficient in using Microsoft Office
4. Prior experience working in the SaaS industry will be a plus
