About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Connecting with inbound inquiries
2. Generating interest for online chess classes
3. Explaining various courses, clearing their doubts, and suggesting them the best option
4. Generating revenue (meeting or exceeding sales target)
5. Establishing new business opportunities
6. Adopting best practices for improving the lead-to-sales conversion ratio
7. Maintaining accurate records
8. Reviewing sales performance
9. Making sure the demo is coordinated well and conducted on time
10. Working on the usage of technology and computer skills (Excel, Word, Mail, WhatsApp) (training in CRM will be provided)
11. Dealing with parents of young kids
Qualifications:
1. 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales
2. Excellent communication skills
