1. Build an accurate and effective database of current and potential clients
2. Maintain accurate and up to date information on competition's performance, sales & marketing strategy
3. Propose pricing strategy in consideration with organization s market positioning, target customer and desired mix
4. Develop a comprehensive market mix guideline and ensure sales as per those targets
5. Identify key customer needs through formal research, survey, sales calls & meetings
6. Build relationships, network & maintain regular contacts with corporate and individual customers, etc.
7. Determine, design and prioritize the relevant sales and marketing support activities to achieve revenue/profit targets
8. Stay informed about the current/changing trends in real estate, commercial leasing, office spaces
9. Monitor the needs and behavior and developments in real estate micro markets
10. Identify key/potential target customer, plan various initiatives, and coordinate the support activities
11. Conduct rate negotiations with clients based on guidelines provided by supervisor and ensure mutual agreement on offered rates
12. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on business, update the team calendar in order to ensure proper and time bound meetings & sales activities
