You're the person who knocks, opens doors, and breaks down barriers for future IPM/management aspirants. This is an educational counselor cum BDA role. You will be heavily customer-facing and that requires you to be charismatic and persuasive. Sales maximization should be a byproduct of your willingness to help your juniors.
Key responsibilities:
1. Connect with the students and parents over a telephonic/Zoom call who register for a free counseling session on our website (inbound leads)
2. Counsel the students regarding various career options and pitch an appropriate AceIPMs offering to them accordingly
3. Follow up with all the assigned leads and update the respective CRM entry
4. Close student enrolments and achieve targets
Skills & Requirements:
1. Candidates need to be fluent in English
2. They must be willing to commute to Noida sector 132
3. Bachelor s degree (commerce/management major preferred)
4. Freshers welcome, prior edtech experience is a plus
5. Passion for mentoring and guiding students
6. Outstanding communication and people skills
7. Fluency in English as well as Hindi
8. Computer literate, proficient with MS Office Suite
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 2,60,000 /year
