1. Identify and develop strategic relationships with potential students
2. Develop a strong pipeline of new students through direct or indirect contact and subsequent prospecting
3. Maintain strong follow-ups and regular feedback calls
4. Create lead engagement plans and strategies to onboard new students
5. Promote the company's products/services by addressing or predicting students' objectives
6. Ensure efficient and effective lead utilization with consistent follow-ups, low turn-around time (TAT), and increased connectivity with multiple attempts
7. Update and create tailored student proposals and negotiate further to ensure closure
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in business management with 0-2 years of relevant work experience in business development or similar background
2. Strong verbal communication and listening skills
3. Candidates should have a keen interest in education and innovation along with acumen for sales
4. Excellent communication skills and being capable of product selling and understanding business
5. Be dynamic, determined, persistent, and willing to be a part of this education revolution
6. Passion to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
