Business Development Associate - Growth Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Driving sales through cold calling and aggressive follow-up
2. Achieving weekly and monthly revenue targets
3. Prospecting and convincing parents to enroll in the 1:5 classes
4. Generating trial classes and pitching parents to take PlanetSpark trial classes
5. Setting up meetings with potential clients (parents)
6. Negotiating/Closing deals and handling complaints or objections
7. Going the extra mile to drive sales

Skills & Requirements:

1. Proficiency in English
2. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
3. Fast learner and passion for sales
4. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
5. Proven experience in sales or relevant roles is a plus
6. A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus

Criteria:

1. Willing to work 6 days a week in a fast-paced startup
2. Ready to work from the office and join immediately

Mission statement: Deliver 1 lac revenue in the first month to complete probation and high CTC.
