Business Development Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire and manage B2B school/college clients in EdTech who support language learning for students
2. Utilize proven outbound sales skills (1-2 years' experience in EdTech preferred) to confidently engage and convert leads through various channels (Director Marketing, phone, email, social media)
3. Meet college training deans/placement deans to explore the integration of our product
4. Identify potential schools and meet with school management to implement our product
5. Show sales growth and expand the business in the EdTech industry
6. Have basic knowledge about the importance of language learning in the market
7. Generate qualified leads through effective social media outreach across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
8. Build and manage strong client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and exceeding expectations
9. Implement account management best practices to foster long-term client relationships and drive repeat business
10. Gain a basic understanding of performance marketing principles to support lead generation and campaign optimization
11. Collaborate effectively with internal teams (Marketing, Sales Ops, Content) to achieve shared goals
12. Work with content creators as an added advantage
