Business Development Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Generate funds for WWF India from individual donors
2. Manage and develop long-term relationships with donors, upgrading them up the donor pyramid
3. Meet a minimum of 150 prospects per day and present the work of WWF India to at least 30 of them
4. Perform any other task reasonably requested by the organization
5. Attend all training sessions, learn systems, and implement the same on the field
6. Ensure the right facts are presented to prospects to uplift the brand image of WWF India
7. Assist Team Leader and Manager in maintaining a positive team environment and avoid conflicts at work
