Business Development Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Generate leads and identify potential prospects
2. Deliver impactful sales presentations and demonstrations
3. Acquire new clients and ensure successful onboarding
4. Build and nurture long-term client relationships
5. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends
6. Prepare and manage detailed sales reports and administrative tasks
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts and promotional campaigns
8. Coordinate with the customer success team to ensure a smooth transition for new clients

Requirements:

1. Hold a Bachelor of Technology or MBA degree
2. Demonstrate 6 months to 1 year of proven experience in SaaS-based software sales or a similar role with a successful client acquisition record
3. Exhibit a strong understanding of the SaaS-based software industry, sales processes, and customer acquisition strategies
4. Possess excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
5. Show proficiency in CRM software and sales tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
6. Work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
7. Display strong organizational skills and attention to detail
8. Maintain a proactive, results-oriented attitude with a passion for sales
