Business Development Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify potential clients through targeted research, networking, and outreach efforts; develop a robust pipeline of qualified leads within target market segments
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients; understand their unique needs, challenges, and objectives to position our firm as the preferred partner for fundraising and M&A needs
3. Prepare compelling pitch materials and presentations to showcase the firm's capabilities, expertise, and track record; tailor presentations to resonate with the specific requirements of each client or prospect
4. Collaborate with senior team members to originate and execute strategic transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital raising initiatives; assist in conducting due diligence, financial analysis, and deal structuring as needed
5. Represent the firm at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings; cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and industry stakeholders to enhance the firm's visibility and reputation

Educational Background:

1. B.Com/BBA/MBA in Finance or Marketing
2. Graduates from Tier 1 colleges with exceptional communication skills are preferred
