Key responsibilities:

1. Working with the founder to scale and grow the business - in this role, you will help us launch new products, work with content partners to create new (and improve existing) content, work with agency partners to optimize advertising and build marketing strategies, build new partnerships and establish new business opportunities
2. Communicating with customers and logistics partners to help us build customer delight and loyalty
