Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential buyers, sellers, and investors to generate leads.
2. Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options.
3. Convince clients about the benefits of investing in real estate.
4. Follow up on leads and ensure timely closures of sales.
5. Maintain a strong database of potential customers and track sales progress.
6. Collaborate with the field sales team to schedule site visits and meetings.
7. Provide regular updates and reports on call performance and sales conversions.
8. Stay updated on market trends, property prices, and competitor activities.

Skill(s) required

Effective Communication MS-Excel

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in sales in real estate industry

2. Minimum 12th pass/graduate preferred.

3. 2-3 years in telesales, business development or leads conversion.

4. Strong communication and negotiation skills.

5. Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.

6. Basic understanding of real estate trends and property transactions.

7. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.

8. Languages: English & Hindi.

9. Work Ethic: Target-driven, self-motivated, and persuasive.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,40,000 /year
