Job description: Our Business Development Executives are responsible for arranging appointments with the school trustees/principals/counselors/coordinators. Your duties will also include understanding and developing sales strategies and campaigns for different segments of the ed-tech market, along with the execution of sales on relationship management with strategic partnerships.
BDEs will be responsible for identifying potential clients, reaching them on the phone, and scheduling an appointment for Head of School Partnerships either in person or via telephone. If you enjoy talking to people and getting things done, this is the ideal position for you.
Key responsibilities:
1. Identify the target audience & create call sheets for schools in the region allotted from time to time
2. Properly explain the products and services to prospective customers when making appointments
3. Ensure each prospective client and potential customer has a positive experience with our company
4. Complete required calls and fix appointments at the end of each day
5. Use Microsoft Office suite/Google sheets to manage various aspects of the job
6. Demonstrate a pleasant disposition with each prospect
7. Take the initiative to learn about the company and grow within the role
8. Develop and distribute reports of each day's appointments
9. Prioritize which appointments take priority
Requirements:
1. Candidates with B2B experience, ed-tech will be preferred
2. Lead generation experience
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year
