About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth
2. Identify and prospect potential customers, including architects, interior designers, and other industry professionals
4. Understand customer needs and requirements, providing appropriate solutions and recommendations based on our product offerings
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
6. Negotiate and close sales deals, including pricing, terms, and contract agreements, while maximizing profitability
7. Collaborate with internal teams, including brand managers and pre-sales specialists, to ensure seamless customer experiences and successful project implementations
8. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities
9. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and sales contracts to customers in a professional and persuasive manner
10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in the CRM system
13. Enhance product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new product launches, features, and applications

Who can apply:

1. A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred (equivalent practical experience in sales will also be considered)
2. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships
4. Demonstrated ability to conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations
5. Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and win customer trust
6. Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong collaboration skills
8. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to track and manage leads and customer interactions
9. Knowledge of the construction materials or interior design industry is preferred

Salary during probation: ₹50,000 - 80,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 6,00,000 - 12,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Other incentives: 20%
