Business Development Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement customer relationship management strategies that enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention
2. Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution of customer issues to maintain customer satisfaction
3. Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data is maintained, analyzed, and utilized to inform decisions and identify opportunities for improvement
4. Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in service delivery and processes
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute initiatives that improve customer experience
6. Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and to make recommendations on new products, services, or processes
7. Develop, implement, and monitor customer satisfaction metrics and KPIs to measure customer satisfaction and loyalty
8. Train and coach customer-facing staff on best practices for customer service, relationship management, and complaint resolution
9. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure the retention of high-value customers
