About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end responsibilities of sales, growth, customer SLAs & PnL metrics for the assigned zone/area
2. Identify and acquire new customers, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base
3. Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth operation and improve P&L for the assigned area
4. Analyze market trends and competitors activities and formulate strategies
5. Evaluate growth at the category level & developing metrics to gauge the performance across geographies/SKUs with the improvement of salesforce effectiveness

Business Research Client Relationship Marketing
Earn certifications in these skills

Other requirements

Should have the idea about business development and team leading in FMCG/E-commerce/B2B/AgriBusiness industry

Academics from Tier 2/3 -> Engineering and B schools are preferred

Should have the ability to create a new record in sales, business development, and winning new business

Should be comfortable with extensive traveling

Good understanding of tier 1 & 2 cities grocery-Kirana-convenience stores

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 18,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 75%

2. Variable component: 25%
