Business Development Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
2. Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts
3. Identifying new revenue opportunities
4. Building business relationships with current and potential clients
5. Attending networking events to attract and retain clients
6. Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow business
7. Maintaining and updating sales, marketing, and business development documentation
8. Assisting with marketing and promotional projects
9. Collaborating with management on sales goals
10. Supporting the team with other responsibilities as required

Skills & Requirements:

1. Bachelor s degree is required
2. Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients
3. Excellent leadership and communication skills
4. Experience in project management and/or sales
5. Knowledge of productivity tools and software
6. High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision-making
7. Open to working with an agreement of 2 years
