We are looking for an energetic business development associate to help drive our sales and grow the business. You will attract new clients and build solid relationships with them while maintaining existing relationships. Other duties will include market research, developing business strategies and pitches, managing various projects, and identifying new business opportunities. You will work with various departments and report to the head of business development.
Key responsibilities:
1. Attend initial sales meetings and meeting the client
2. Determine a client s business requirements and whether the products being considered are suitable
3. Decide whether the software or hardware needs adapting to meet the client s needs
4. Answer any technical questions the client might have
5. Present your findings to a technical team to act on, and then to the client
6. Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
7. Conduct market research and identifying potential clients
8. Cultivate strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
Skills & Requirements:
1. Must possess strong customer service skills
2. Excellent written and verbal communication
3. Must have good negotiation skills
4. Must be able to create good presentations
5. Must have excellent interpersonal skills
6. Must be detail-oriented and an active listener
7. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
8. Strong organization and project management skills
9. Friendly and personable demeanor
10. Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software
11. First preference is MBA candidate
12. Should be seriously interested in business development
13. Willing to familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
