Key responsibilities:

1. Cultivate new relationships with customers
2. Interact with customers and convey the program structure
3. Communicate product knowledge and close deals quickly
4. Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and manage marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives
5. Gather, investigate, and summarise market data and trends to draft reports and implement new sales plans and advertising
6. Promote the company's existing brands and introduce new products to the market
