Business Development Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Generate leads
2. Attend and participate in online (Zoom) seminars
3. Demonstrate products to prospective clients
4. Build relationships with prospective clients
5. Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
6. Respond promptly to customer inquiries
7. Cold call to promote sales of products and services to potential customers
8. Respond to telephonic inquiries
9. Manage sales pipeline
10. Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages
11. Track metrics to ensure targets are hit

Requirements:

1. 0-1 year of experience in core sales and/or direct sales
2. Bachelor's or master's degree in sales/marketing
3. Open to travel on short notice for demonstration and sale conclusion
4. Track record of business relationships with senior client executives
5. Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing and demonstrated sales success
6. Experience selling high-end products characterized by small sales cycles and both large dollar transactions
7. Strong negotiation skills
8. Good communication and interpersonal skills
9. A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
12. Intense curiosity and comfort with ambiguity
13. Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
