Key responsibilities:
1. Establishing the first point of contact with the clients who enquire and explaining the publishing process and services
2. Understanding the client's needs and refining the data
3. Evaluating the client requirements and closing the contract
4. Collaborating with internal teams (e.g. consultants, publication managers, senior management, and designers) to address customers' needs
5. Studying competition to find new ways to retain customers
