1. Working on on-field, lead generation & promoting BYJU'S tuition centres via various tools such as scholarship tests, boot camps, workshops, activities, etc.
2. Representing BYJU'S tuition centre on-ground; door-to-door, national/local assets (malls, supermarkets, departmental stores, amusement parks, etc.)
3. Interacting with customers/parents in such activities to generate leads by convincing them to visit BYJU'S tuition centre or book a home session
4. Sending reminders and follow-ups via calls and invitations on fresh leads generated to maximize centre walk-ins
5. Working with a team of executives & maintaining effective communication and coordination
6. Expanding connections and tie-ups with schools, vendors, etc.

5. CTC: INR 280000
6. Net take home (fixed pay)=INR 19000/month
7. Incentive: INR 1500/month for 3-4 walk-ins (per week), INR 3000/month for more than 4 walk-ins (per week)
8. Candidates who are comfortable working on-field should apply as this includes working on-ground conducting door-to-door activities/surveys, and leaflet distribution at assets (local/national) such as malls, supermarkets, departmental stores, amusement parks, vendors, etc.
Important note: The candidate will be on our third-party agency payroll and not actually on BYJU'S payroll. However, we can provide the candidate with an official experience letter.
